The hotel is centrally located, just a block away from the main square making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, though large, only have windows facing the interior hallway, but the balcony overlooking the plaza adds a unique charm. The service was outstanding, making up for any minor issues, and the breakfast was delightful. Overall, a great value for money stay in Cusco.

I loved the cozy and welcoming vibe of the hotel, with its courtyard full of hanging plants, but the rooms were a bit basic. The service was top-notch, with polite and helpful staff making sure I had everything I needed. The location was superb, being just around the corner from the official Machu Picchu ticket office. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with made-to-order omelets. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
